The use of ontologies for knowledge sharing and distributed collaboration has been widely recognised in the knowledge modelling community, but the lack of a systematic and constructive methodology for developing manufacturing ontologies has impeded their wide usage for knowledge reuse in distributed manufacturing environments. This paper presents a constructive, two-level knowledge modelling approach to systematically develop manufacturing ontologies using both software engineering and Semantic Web paradigms. The UML/OCL (Unified Modeling Language/Object Constraint Language)-based object modelling is used first to serve as a graphical and structured basis for conceptual communication between domain experts and knowledge engineers. The OWL/SWRL (Web Ontology Language/Semantic Web Rule Language)-based ontology modelling then extends the UML/OCL-based object models with added semantics using a progressive, semantics-oriented knowledge acquisition method. An illustrative example for manufacturing ontology development in the manufacturing industry for producing electronic connectors is used to demonstrate the practicality of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Recent advances in MIMO degree-of-freedom (DoF) models allowed MIMO research to penetrate the networking community. Independent from MIMO, successive interference cancellation (SIC) is a powerful physical layer technique used in multi-user detection. Based on the understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of MIMO DoF and SIC, we propose to have DoF-based interference cancellation (IC) and SIC help each other so that (i) precious DoF resources can be conserved through the use of SIC and (ii) the stringent SINR threshold criteria can be met through the use of DoF-based IC. In this paper, we develop the necessary mathematical models to realize the two ideas in a multi-hop wireless network. Together with scheduling and routing constraints, we develop a cross-layer optimization framework with joint DoF IC and SIC. By applying the framework on a throughput maximization problem, we find that SIC and DoF IC can indeed work in harmony and achieve the two ideas that we propose.  相似文献

The seller frequently offers the buyer trade credit to settle the purchase amount. From the seller's prospective, granting trade credit increases not only the opportunity cost (i.e., the interest loss on the buyer's purchase amount during the credit period) but also the default risk (i.e., the rate that the buyer will be unable to pay off his/her debt obligations). On the other hand, granting trade credit increases sales volume and revenue. Consequently, trade credit is an important strategy to increase seller's profitability. In this paper, we assume that the seller uses trade credit and number of shipments in a production run as decision variables to maximise his/her profit, while the buyer determines his/her replenishment cycle time and capital investment as decision variables to reduce his/her ordering cost and achieve his/her maximum profit. We then derive non-cooperative Nash solution and cooperative integrated solution in a just-in-time inventory system, in which granting trade credit increases not only the demand but also the opportunity cost and default risk, and the relationship between the capital investment and the ordering cost reduction is logarithmic. Then, we use a software to solve and compare these two distinct solutions. Finally, we use sensitivity analysis to obtain some managerial insights.  相似文献

The hot deformation behaviors of extruded AZ80 Mg alloys were investigated using tension tests. True stress-true strain curves were obtained for deformation at temperatures from 250 to 450 °C with the strain rate range from 0.001 to 0.08 s?1. Optical microscopy analysis was performed to correlate microstructural changes to the flow behaviors. Based on the flow stress, the processing map at a strain of 0.18 was developed using the dynamic materials model theory and can be divided into three zones, including stability zones, change-over region, and instability zones. In stability zones, there are two dynamic recrystallization regions: one region with a peak efficiency of 58% at 350 °C and a strain rate of 0.001 s?1 called domain I; another region with a peak efficiency of 58% at 400 °C and a strain rate of 0.01 s?1 taken as domain II. The apparent activation energy for domain I was estimated to be 100.71 kJ/mol, indicating that short-circuit diffusion process is along the grain boundaries and falls at lower temperatures and lower strain rates. A lattice self-diffusion is considered to be rate controlling mechanism with the apparent activation energy estimated as 140.32 kJ/mol at higher temperatures and higher strain rates in domain II. The change-over region is the zone from domain I to domain II, in which the grains abnormally grow. In instability zones, twins, local deformation band, wedge cracking, and matrix cracking were observed, suggesting that these processing parameters for hot tension in this zone are inapplicable.  相似文献

Amine functional group was grafted to obtain modified persimmon waste gel(NH_2–CPT) with the focus of development of selective recovery of molybdenum from rhenium. The adsorption behavior of the NH_2–CPT gel for various metal ions at varying hydrochloric acid concentrations was studied. It is found that the NH_2–CPT exhibits high affinity for Mo(VI) and no affinity for Re(VII), Cu(II),Fe(III), Mn(VII), and Zn(II) under the operating conditions. The maximum adsorption capacity for Mo(VI) is 172 mgág-1, and the adsorption behavior obeys the Langmuir model. Owing to Mo(VI) as poly-anions, the adsorption mechanism of molybdenum anions could be explained as the anion exchange reactions at weak acid concentration, while neutral molecules could be explained as the complexation reactions at strong acid concentration,respectively. In addition, its excellent adsorption characteristics for Mo(VI) are confirmed by separation of Mo(VI)from Mo to Re containing industrial effluent.  相似文献

Jujube fruit is an increasingly important fruit in the world for its high nutrients content and the harvest time is crucial for jujube fruit quality. The aim of the study was to evaluate the quality changes and the optimum time for harvesting of jujube fruit (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Changhong) by chlorophyll fluorescence. Our results showed that jujube fruit cv. Changhong displayed a double sigmoid growth curve with a very short lag phase. At the last three ripening stages (72, 80, and 88 days after petal fall), Fo, Fm, and Fv showed positive and significant correlation with DPPH radical scavenging activity, total phenolic, reducing sugar, ascorbic acid, and total flavonoid (0.729 ≤ r ≤ 0.920, P < 0.05). However, pH, total soluble sugar and carotenoids showed negative and significant correlation with Fo, Fm, and Fv (−0.885 ≤ r ≤ −0.826). The last three ripeness stages in our study were differentiated using the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. Therefore, chlorophyll fluorescence is a helpful, nondestructive technique to evaluate the quality changes and the optimum time for harvesting of Changhong jujube.  相似文献

A new method that combines fractal theory and red, green and blue (RGB) colour intensity was developed to sort dried jujube fruits by using support vector machine (SVM). Our result shows that the new method is fast and accurate in dried jujube fruits classification. The SVM models based on fractal parameters only achieved 85.18–92.73% total accuracy rate. The total classification accuracy of SVM based on RGB intensity values was 94.44%. However, the SVM models based on combining fractal parameters with RGB intensity values achieved 94.44–98.15% total accuracy rate. The best classification accuracy (98.15%) was found when using SVM model based on combining fractal measures (FM) with RGB intensity values (C = 512, γ = 0.0078125). Therefore, the SVM model based on combining FMs with RGB intensity is recommended in dried jujube fruits classification.  相似文献

对我国填埋场采用的四类衬垫进行了防污性能的比较分析。评价参数包括渗漏率、污染物击穿时间及衬垫系统底部浓度值。除了2m压实黏土衬垫(CCL)外,其余3种均为包含土工膜(GM)的复合衬垫。分析模型采用了污染物通过有缺陷膜复合衬垫的一维运移解析解。以镉离子(Cd2+)为渗滤液中重金属离子的代表;以苯为其中挥发性有机污染物的代表。研究表明土工复合膨润土垫(GCL)复合衬垫的渗漏率最小,2m黏土最大,两者的差别可在3~5个数量级。GCL复合衬垫对重金属离子具有较好的防污性能,尤其是在高水头及复合衬垫接触较差的情形。厚度较大的2m黏土对挥发性有机污染物的防污性能较好,其击穿时间要比GCL复合衬垫大2~3个数量级。随着水头的增大,CCL复合衬垫的防污性能逐渐地优于2m黏土。在10m水头作用下,CCL复合衬垫底部的100年浓度可比2m黏土小近一个量级。单层膜衬垫的防污性能较差,不适合作为填埋场的衬垫系统。控制填埋场复合衬垫的施工质量和渗滤液水头尤为重要。  相似文献
